Business Analyst (IT)

Acting as the key interface between the users and the project manager to gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users.

Responsibilities: - 

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results.
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with clients, technical staff, and managerial staff.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.


Requirements: - 

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Working knowledge of finance and banking related fields.
  • Working knowledge in IT programming and IT related fields.
  • Proven analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong integrity, positive attitude, self-driven and able to work under pressure.
