Acting as the key interface between the users and the project manager to gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users.
Responsibilities: -
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with clients, technical staff, and managerial staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Requirements: -
Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
Working knowledge of finance and banking related fields.
Working knowledge in IT programming and IT related fields.
Proven analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
Strong integrity, positive attitude, self-driven and able to work under pressure.
