Technical Support Engineer

Responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems.

Responsibilities: - 

  • Attend to user request and resolve user problems (Hardware and System Software).
  • Handle customer technical issue i.e. hardware/software set-up, software installation, trouble shoot on any technical related issue including network appliances and equipments.
  • Troubleshoot and response to users on any technical related issue.
  • Can work either on phone or on-site.


Requirements: - 

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): WebSphere/JBoss/Tomcat installation and configuration, good in Linux operation system, knowledgeable in OS hardening, knowledgeable in Network configuration.
  • Possess good troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong integrity, positive attitude, self-driven and able to work under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of network equipment would be an added advantage.
  • Good attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
