Responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems.
Responsibilities: -
Attend to user request and resolve user problems (Hardware and System Software).
Handle customer technical issue i.e. hardware/software set-up, software installation, trouble shoot on any technical related issue including network appliances and equipments.
Troubleshoot and response to users on any technical related issue.
Can work either on phone or on-site.
Requirements: -
Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): WebSphere/JBoss/Tomcat installation and configuration, good in Linux operation system, knowledgeable in OS hardening, knowledgeable in Network configuration.
Possess good troubleshooting skills.
Strong integrity, positive attitude, self-driven and able to work under pressure.
Working knowledge of network equipment would be an added advantage.
Good attitude and interpersonal skills.
1-3 years of working experience in the related field.
